37yo with 1 child, 5′7″, 150lbs, underwent Smart Lipo MPX in the office under local anesthesia for localized fat under her chin (a family trait). Photos are preop and 3 months postop. She looks better with every postop visit. Maximum skin tightening with the MPX is usually seen 3-6 months postop.

55 year old mother of one. 5ft 4in, 141lbs. Underwent Smart Lipo MPX in the office under local on Oct 9, 2009 of the upper and lower abdomen. Post op pics are at 11 weeks. Typical skin tightening effect takes 2-6 months and up to 9 months to see final results. Pinch measurements of the abdomen went from 4.5 com to 1.6 cm at the 11 week post op visit. A total of 1650 cc of aspirate was obtained.

This is a 33 yo who lost 100 lbs after laparoscopic gastic bypass in June of '03. She underwent Abdominoplasty in Feb '05 with removal of 958 grams of skin/fat. In May of '06 she underwent bilateral lateral thigh and buttuck lift. An additional 1230 grams of skin/fat were removed greatly tightening her skin and improving her contour. The combination of abdominoplasty, thigh lift and buttock lift is also referred to as a body lift. This can be accomplished in a single stage or like here, two separate procedures.
